1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the sulasok.win website, mobile platform, and any related services provided by sulasok.win (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date you create a sulasok.win account or, if earlier, from the date you first access the Platform.

1.2 By registering an account with sulasok.win, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use sulasok.win. 3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on sulasok.win. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. sulasok.win will suspend all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your sulasok.win account. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. sulasok.win is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sulasok.win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sulasok.win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sulasok.win support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. sulasok.win is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) and a recent selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your sulasok.win account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. sulasok.win may also close accounts at its discretion in accordance with these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sulasok.win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. sulasok.win does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit. sulasok.win reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. sulasok.win does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following completion of KYC verification. sulasok.win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on sulasok.win are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). sulasok.win is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5.1 sulasok.win may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus offer. sulasok.win reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the wagering requirement has been met through prohibited means, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. sulasok.win actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion between players, and the use of automated software. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

5.4 sulasok.win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sulasok.win and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

1. Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
7. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;

9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing sulasok.win staff or other players;
11. Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

8.1 sulasok.win provides the following responsible gaming tools, available free of charge to all registered players via account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits and alerts, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure).

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from sulasok.win may do so by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, sulasok.win will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking marketing communications.

8.3 sulasok.win enforces the 21+ age requirement without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sulasok.win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 sulasok.win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sulasok.win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 sulasok.win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.1 sulasok.win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
